TERMS & REFUND POLICY
At CR Woodworks, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-built furniture to our customers, whether locally or nationwide. Our handcrafted furniture is a labor of love, and we take great pride in every piece we create.

Lead Time for Custom-Built Furniture
Each custom order is unique, and the lead time will vary depending on the specifics of the project. Typical production times range from 2 to 12 weeks, but please review the product description for the estimated lead time specific to your piece. Any changes or modifications to an order must be submitted within 5 calendar days from the order date.
Once your order is nearing completion, we will notify you by email or phone call before it is finished.
Local Orders: Pick-Up Policy
If you are local to our area, you’ll have 7 business days from the completion notification to pick up your furniture. After this time, a $5 daily storage fee will be applied to your invoice.

Pick-Up Times: Tuesday through Saturday during our business hours.

Storage Cap: Storage fees will not exceed $150, equivalent to 30 days of storage.
If the furniture is not picked up within 30 days, the item will be considered abandoned and may be used, donated, or disposed of at our discretion.

Nationwide Shipping Policy
For nationwide sales, shipping will be arranged and planned accordingly. Please note that shipping time is not included in the production lead time, and delivery can take between 1-2 weeks depending on the destination.
You will receive two emails:

Pre-Shipment Email: Confirming your furniture is almost ready and we are looking for your carrier to deliver your order and other delivery details.

Important Delivery Information Email: Highlighting key details about your delivery to ensure a smooth process.

Important: We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Local customers are encouraged to contact us directly for local pricing.

Inspection and Responsibility Upon Receipt
Whether you are picking up locally or receiving through delivery, it is essential to inspect the item thoroughly upon receipt. For local purchases, we recommend inspecting the furniture at our location before scheduling pick-up by a delivery service, if possible.

Transport Materials: Customers are responsible for bringing materials such as blankets, ropes, or straps to secure their furniture during transport. CR Woodworks does not provide these items.

Securing Furniture: While we are happy to assist with loading, customers are ultimately responsible for safely securing furniture to their vehicles or arranging proper handling with third-party carriers.
Payment and Refund Policy
At CR Woodworks, every piece of furniture is made to order, handcrafted specifically for the customer who places the order. Because each item is custom-built to meet your unique specifications, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

Outstanding Balances: Any remaining balances must be paid in full before pick-up or before the item is released to the delivery service.

Why No Refunds? Since our furniture is built specifically for each customer, it cannot be resold or repurposed for other buyers. This is why we do not offer cancellations or refunds after the order is placed.

Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty on all custom-built furniture, covering significant cracks or splits in the wood. Natural characteristics such as grain patterns, stain color differences, minor imperfections, and textural variations are not covered, as they reflect the unique beauty of solid wood.

Warranty Repairs: If a warranty repair is needed, the customer must notify us within the 90-day warranty period. The item must then be brought to our workshop no later than one year from the original purchase date.

Shipping & Delivery for Repairs: If shipping is required, the customer is responsible for all delivery or shipping costs to bring the piece to us, as well as the cost to ship it back.
By following these steps, we can ensure your custom piece receives the care it needs to continue looking its best.
The Nature of Handcrafted Furniture
Each piece of furniture we create is handcrafted, and no two pieces are identical. Our solid wood furniture may feature natural knots, micro-imperfections, visible brush strokes, joint lines, minor splits, and natural wood movement over time. Customers should expect up to 1 inch of variation in measurements due to the nature of handmade furniture.
Solid wood naturally responds to changes in humidity and temperature, which can lead to slight shifts or gaps between boards over time—this is part of the charm and uniqueness of real wood furniture.
If you prefer furniture with a machine-perfect finish, we advise against purchasing our handcrafted pieces.
Order Cancellation Policy
CR Woodworks reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If an order is canceled, we will notify the customer promptly and initiate a full refund within 14 days. However, refund times may vary depending on the customer’s bank processing times.
Price Adjustments
Our prices are subject to change due to material costs, labor expenses, and market fluctuations. However, we always strive to offer competitive pricing while maintaining the high level of quality our customers expect. For local customers, please contact us directly for pricing details, as shipping fees are excluded from local pricing.
