**Q: How do I place a custom order?**  
A: To place a custom order, you have a few options:  
- Contact us via social media with the product and dimensions you're interested in. We'll send you a quote and, upon approval, an invoice or order form for payment.  
- Place your order directly through our website.  
- Visit our workshop in Sugar Land, TX by appointment only (13706 Florence Rd, Sugar Land, TX 77498).

**Q: What size table do I need?**  
A: Choosing the right table size depends on your space and how many people you want to seat. Here are general guidelines:

**Rectangular Tables:**  
4’ table seats 4

5’ table seat up to 6

6’ table seats 6  
8’ table seats 8  
10’ table seats 10  
12’ table seats 12  

**Round Tables:**  

36” seat 2
42” seat 4

48” seats 4  
54” seats 4–5  
60” seats 5–6  
72” seats 6–8  

**Square Tables:**  
46” seats 4  
55” seats 6  
60” seats 8  
66” seats 8  

Custom sizes are always available to fit your space.

**Q: Do you offer extendable versions of your dining tables?**  
A: Yes, we do offer extendable options. Depending on the style, we can add either end leaves or a center leaf. Please let us know your desired extended length so we can provide a custom quote and recommend the best design for your needs.

**Q: I’m indecisive on the color. Can I still place my order?**  
A: Yes, you can still place your order. Just note “Will confirm stain color soon” in the stain color box. This allows us to begin production while you decide. Please try to confirm the final color at least a 2 weeks before your estimated completion date.

**Q: What sealer finish do you apply to your custom furniture?**  
A: We use water-based polyurethane. It’s eco-friendly, dries quickly, and provides long-lasting protection against everyday wear. It has low odor and a smooth, natural-looking finish that enhances the wood grain.

**Q: Do you offer financing?**
A: We do not offer in-house financing, but our website does support Shop Pay Installments, which allows you to split your payment into interest-free biweekly payments or monthly payments at checkout.

This option is available through Shop Pay, powered by Affirm, and will appear once you begin the checkout process. If eligible, you’ll be able to choose an installment plan that works for you — and we’ll still receive the full payment upfront.

No credit check is required for the biweekly option.

**Q: How long will it take to receive my custom order?**  

A: Build times vary depending on the piece, but most custom orders take approximately 2 to 12 weeks to complete. Once your order is finished, delivery typically takes an additional 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

So in total, you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 15 weeks from the time of purchase.

Q: Do you offer Rush Service?
A: Yes, we offer Rush Service on most orders. This option reduces the build time to an expedited timeframe, but exact completion times may vary depending on the product.

Rush Service is an additional 15% of the product’s original (non-sale) price and must be invoiced separately. If you're interested in this option, please contact us directly so we can confirm eligibility and send over a custom invoice.

Not all pieces qualify for Rush Service — please refer to the product description to see if the item is eligible and to view the estimated Rush completion time. Availability may be limited for builds requiring outsourced materials.

**Q: Why is my order delayed?**  
A: Delays may occur due to material shortages, weather, or personal matters. We will always communicate any delays and keep you informed.

**Q: Do you build furniture outside of the designs shown on your website?**  
A: Yes! We welcome custom designs and unique requests. If you have an idea or specific style in mind, feel free to reach out and we’ll discuss how to bring it to life, if its within our building skills.

**Q: Do you have any furniture in stock?**  
A: All of our pieces are made to order. However, occasionally we’ll have ready-to-ship items listed under our “In-Stock ” section on the website.

**Q: Do you custom build furniture for businesses?**  
A: Yes, we love working with businesses and welcome bulk or commercial inquiries. We also offer discounts on larger orders. Contact us with details about your project.

**Q: Is the furniture pre-assembled or does it require assembly?**
A: Most of our dining tables require light assembly. They are shipped in two or three parts (typically the tabletop and base/legs), and we include clear instructions to guide you through the process.

Other furniture pieces usually arrive fully assembled unless stated otherwise in the product description.

If you prefer not to assemble your table yourself, we do offer an optional White Glove Service, where the delivery team will bring your furniture inside, place it in your desired room, and handle the assembly for you. This service must be purchased at the time of checkout and is available for up to two pieces of furniture per delivery.

Please note: White Glove Service is not included by default and must be selected and paid for with your product at the time of purchase.

**Q: How does shipping work?**
A: We offer free curbside delivery to the lower 48 states. All deliveries are handled by independent third-party carriers — typically small moving services — who blanket-wrap and transport your furniture with care.

Once your order is complete, it may take 3–7 days to book a carrier. These carriers operate on multi-stop routes, so both pickup from our shop and delivery to you are scheduled based on their planned path. Delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on your location and the carrier’s route.

Once your furniture has been picked up, you’ll receive an email with the carrier’s name and contact information, and they will reach out to coordinate the delivery directly with you.

Please note:

  • We do not ship to PO boxes

  • We do not ship to freight forwarding companies

  • All sales are final unless there’s an error on your order

Tables typically ship in two or three parts for easier handling. Most deliveries are completed by one person and may require help with unloading, so please plan accordingly

**Q: How does pickup work?**  
A: Once your order is nearly complete, you’ll receive a notification to book a pickup appointment. You’ll have 7 business days to pick it up. After that, a $5/day storage fee applies. Be sure to bring your own blankets, straps, and help for loading.

**Q: What type of wood do you use?**  
A: Our standard is solid Southern Pine. We also offer other wood types such as White Oak, Alder, Maple, Birch and Walnut upon request. Pricing will vary depending on your wood selection.

**Q: How do I care for my custom-built furniture?**  
A:  
- Dust regularly with a dry cloth  
- Avoid placing near windows or vents  
- Clean spills promptly with mild dish soap and dry cloth  
- Use coasters and placemats  
- Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources  
- Use furniture polish occasionally if desired  

With proper care, your piece will remain beautiful for years to come.

Q: My table has cracks between the boards. What can I do?
A: Cracking can happen as wood naturally expands and contracts with changes in humidity. This is a normal characteristic of solid wood and not considered a defect.

If your piece is still within the warranty period, we’re happy to repair it. The item must be brought or shipped back to our shop for repairs, and all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

**Q: My stain looks different than the sample or photo. Why?**  
A: Variations in wood grain and lighting can affect how stain appears. Each board absorbs stain differently. While we aim for consistency, no two pieces of wood are exactly alike — and that’s part of what makes your piece one of a kind.

**Q: Can I cancel my order?**  
A: You have 3 days from placing your order to request a cancellation. After that, all sales are final, as each piece is custom-made just for you.

**Q: What if my furniture arrives damaged?**
A: If your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at the time of delivery — do not keep the item. The delivery carrier will need to return the damaged piece to us.

If the carrier leaves with the furniture still in your possession, it may delay our ability to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Prompt communication allows us to handle the situation efficiently and begin preparing a replacement or repair as needed.

**Q: Can I customize the size and finish of my furniture?**
A: Yes! Every piece we build is made to order, and we welcome customization. You can request specific dimensions, finishes, seamless construction, or two-tone styles to best suit your space.

If you have a specific paint or stain color in mind, just provide the name and color code. We source most of our paints from Home Depot, Lowe’s, or Sherwin-Williams. If you choose a brand or color we can’t access, you’ll need to provide the product directly. We're happy to work with you to get the exact look you’re going for.

**Q: I want to see the craftsmanship before I buy, but I’m not local. What can I do?**  
A: While we don’t have a showroom, we regularly share build photos on our Instagram. We also send pictures of your finished piece before shipping so you can confirm the style and color.
