Refund policy

Each piece of CR Woodworks furniture is custom-built to order, handcrafted specifically for the customer placing the order. Because of the highly personalized nature of our work, **all sales are final and non-refundable**.

**Why No Refunds?**  
Our handcrafted furniture is made to order just for you. We do not offer cancellations or refunds after an order is placed. We ask that you review all order details carefully prior to checkout.

**Outstanding Balances**  
All balances must be paid in full before the furniture is released — whether for local pick-up or delivery via our shipping partners.

**Warranty**  
We offer a 90-day limited warranty on all custom-built furniture. This warranty covers major issues such as major structural cracks or wood splits. It does **not** cover:
- Natural wood characteristics (color variations, grain, knots)
- Slight imperfections or surface texture
- Visible seams or minor gaps
- Minor warping or wood movement caused by environmental conditions

If a repair is needed:
- The customer must notify us within the 90-day warranty window.
- The item must be brought to our workshop no later than one year from the date of original purchase.
- If the item needs to be shipped for repair, the customer is responsible for both delivery and return shipping costs.

We stand by the quality of our work and will assess any issues fairly. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper care, or transportation-related damage.
