By placing an order with CR Woodworks, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Nature of Handcrafted Furniture
All of our pieces are handcrafted using solid wood. No two items are exactly alike—natural wood may feature visible knots, small imperfections, micro-cracks, brush strokes, joint lines, and subtle variations in color or texture. These are not considered defects but are part of the character and charm of real wood furniture.

Measurement tolerances may vary by up to 1 inch due to the nature of handcrafted production.
Wood is a living material that expands and contracts with humidity and temperature. This may result in slight movement or hairline cracks over time, which are normal and do not affect the structural integrity of the piece.

If you're looking for a machine-perfect or mass-produced item, our handmade furniture may not be the best fit.

Order Cancellations
CR Woodworks reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. If an order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund within 14 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

All Sales Are Final
Because our pieces are made-to-order, all sales are final. Please carefully review all custom details, dimensions, finishes, and timelines prior to ordering. Once production begins, no changes, cancellations, or returns can be made.
If an error occurs on our end, we will make it right.

Pricing & Adjustments
Prices may change at any time due to fluctuations in materials and labor. However, once your order is placed, your pricing is secured and will not change.

Liability
CR Woodworks is not responsible for any damages that occur once the furniture has been delivered or picked up, including damage caused during use, improper installation, or failure to follow care instructions.
If a delivery is made by a third-party service, they are responsible for the handling and delivery of the item. Customers must inspect their furniture at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
We are not liable for issues resulting from modifications or disassembly/reassembly done by anyone outside of CR Woodworks.
