Handcrafted by CR Woodworks, each Olivia is built from Solid Wood, No MDF. No factory-perfect printed wood grain. Just real wood with the natural variation, warmth, and character that makes every desk slightly different.

The Olivia works beautifully in organic modern, modern farmhouse, transitional, cottage, coastal, modern rustic, and warm contemporary interiors.

Not sure which one belongs in your room?

After ordering, we can provide up to 4 stain samples at no additional cost so you can see the colors against your flooring, walls, lighting, and other furniture before the final finish is selected.

Because photographs and screens can change how colors appear, seeing the stain in your own home can make the decision much easier.

REAL WOOD MEANS YOUR DESK WILL BE YOURS

One of the reasons people choose handcrafted furniture is because real wood does not look manufactured.

Your Olivia may naturally include differences in grain, knots, mineral markings, board coloration, texture, and stain absorption.

Those characteristics are part of the wood itself.

They are what give the desk depth and personality — and why another Olivia will never look exactly like yours.

We build each piece to the same overall design and selected finish, while allowing the individual character of the wood to remain visible.

A Note on Solid Pine Wood -  It’s a softwood loved for its warmth, grain patterns, knots, and organic appearance.

Because it is softer than hardwood species, significant pressure or impact can create small marks or impressions over time. If you frequently write with heavy pressure, we recommend using a writing pad or desk mat in that area.

For many customers, the natural way pine develops character is exactly what makes it feel more personal than factory-made furniture.

Handcrafted furniture takes longer than furniture pulled from mass inventory — because we are building your piece specifically for your order.

 

Build Time & Rush Service
All of our pieces are handcrafted one at a time with care. Standard completion time for this item is 10-12 weeks ( plus delivery time frame)

Need it faster? We offer a Rush Service for an additional 15%, which brings the build time down to 5-6 weeks (delivery not included). Just message us and we’ll invoice separately.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states. In-Home Deliveries handled by trusted third party furniture carriers. You or someone MUST be available to receive and sing BOL. 

Need your desk assenbled? We offer White Glove Service as an optional add-on, which must be purchased at the time of your order. This service includes in-home delivery and setup and covers up to two items. If you’re ordering more than two pieces, contact us for a custom quote.

Assembly
Desk will come with legs detached for easier transportation. You will need to be assembled together. We make the process as straightforward as possible.

We will be including T25 screws (#9 x 1-1/4” all-purpose wood construction screws) along with the correct drill bit. We recommend using a drill for assembly.

All of the holes are lightly pre-drilled. These are guide holes only to help ensure the screws go in the correct location and straight. They are not fully drilled through on purpose, as this allows the screws to properly bite into the solid wood and create a strong, secure hold without stripping or weakening the wood.

Care Instructions
Your Desk is sealed with a water-based polyurethane finish for long-lasting protection.

To keep it looking beautiful:
• Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth.
• Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking.
• Use coasters and heat pads to protect the finish.

Each piece we create is handcrafted from wood—built by our hands, not machines—and that’s exactly what makes it special. No two tables will ever be identical, and we believe that’s part of the beauty.

We want to be fully transparent so you know what to expect from our handmade furniture:

• You may see natural knots, grain patterns, color variation, and texture differences—these are completely normal and part of real wood
• Our pieces may include visible brush strokes, joint lines, nail/screw marks, and even minor splits or micro-imperfections from the wood itself
• Nails or screws may be visible in some areas of your piece—this is not a flaw, it’s part of the handcrafted nature of our work
• Wood can shift slightly over time with changes in humidity and temperature, which may cause small gaps or movement—this is expected with solid wood
• Stain colors may vary depending on lighting and the unique tones of each board
• All dimensions are approximate (+/- 1”), due to the nature of handmade construction
